Carol is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience working in China and France. She has deep expertise in enterprise transformation covering the areas enterprise architecture, business process and IT management, organizational change management, digital enablement, collaboration, social and knowledge management for a large diverse portfolio.

She has over a decade of demonstrated innovative leadership setting the strategy and vision of the future of work, evolving the way work gets done for a workforce of over 400,000. As an expert in digital transformation internally and externally, Carol embraced web and mobile technologies and delivered iterations of an open and effective digital workplace of over 1600 tools and applications and led the Human Accessibility mission for the CIO office. Carol is a recognized champion of employee enablement and engagement and designed, developed and embraced new methods and technologies for global enterprise collaboration and social engagement and was recognized in 2012 as one of the first and most social executives in IBM for reach and influence.
Carol’s expertise with collaboration and employee engagement for the IBM workforce was leveraged for customers when she was appointed to lead Product Management for IBM’s Collaboration Solutions which is sold in the marketplace.
